This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, compass-invest.app. Right now the site does one thing: it lets you join the waitlist for Compass, an upcoming educational investing app for iOS. This policy will be updated when the app itself launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — the one you type into the signup form.
• Which form you used — whether you signed up from the top or bottom of the page, so we understand how people find us.
• Basic technical data — like the date you signed up, collected automatically by our email provider.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect any financial information on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a message when Compass launches on the App Store, plus the occasional update about our progress before then. That's it — no selling, no renting, no unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your email is stored and managed by Loops (loops.so), the email service we use to run the waitlist. Loops processes this data on our behalf so we can contact you. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it. You can read how Loops handles data in their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or until the waitlist is no longer needed. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from active mailing and delete your address within a reasonable period.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
• Access or delete your data — email us and we'll tell you what we have on file or delete it, whichever you prefer.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete it. We'll honor those requests — just get in touch.

Children

Compass and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
